I’ve navig­ated modernization while operating legacy platforms. I’ve justified ROI to skeptical CFOs. I’ve led through budget cuts, mergers, and periods of rapid growth. I’ve built corporate universities from the ground up—and revitalized programs that had lost strategic relevance.
